Wie baut man eine ordentliche Zwille? Wie faltet man einen soliden Papierflieger? Wie bastelt man sich einen funktionstüchtigen Indoor-Boomerang? Autor Robert Paul Smith, (unter anderem auch Autor von „Where Did You Go? Out. What Did You Do? Nothing.“) hat in seinem kleinen, feinen und zeitlosen Büchlein Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitungen gesammelt. Illustriert wurde das wundersame Werk von seiner Frau Elinor Golding Smith, und zwar bereits 1958. Da erschien „How to Do Nothing with Nobody All Alone by Yourself“ nämlich erstmalig, verschwand dann aber einige Jahrzehnte von der Bildfläche – bis es 2010 glücklicherweise wieder aufgelegt wurde.
